Google Reviews in Hubspot CRM

Does anyone know how we could integrate automatically Customer Google Reviews into the contact page ?
There is a zapier for Google Business to Hubpost but I have not tried yet and it works only for new reviews not existing.
Anything on that ?

Hi @ericchatry

We've done extensive research on this - the API's avaiable for Google Business allow you to pull reviews into a feed with the Google users username, but they do not give you access to their email address or real name due to privacy and security.

The probability that a Google username maps to a HubSpot contact first name / last name or email address is not very high for many industries, but it might work for you. But you will need to custom script this, its not available via Zapier.

Just revisiting this one. Has there been any updates in this space? I'm assuming the privacy hasn't changed.

Do you know if it's possible to pull review data into dashboards for tracking within HubSpot, even if not attributed to a specific contact?

Which type of Google reviews data are you looking to see on a HubSpot report?
