Hi!

My Hubspot Sales Extension fails everytime I try to log in. Id like to have my emails tracked. I am using Bing as a web browser. Can someone please help?

Hi @AmiraR,

I'm not following entirely, the sales extension exists for Chrome, Office 365 (web), or Outlook (legacy add-in) – but not for Bing. What do you mean when you're referring to your usage of the sales extension with Bing?

@AmiraR unfortunately I'm not seeing an image. Can you please try again (directly in the browser)?

As far as I know, there is no official Edge sales extension, only for Chrome. Could you share the link of what exactly you installed?

I'm a bit stumped because I'm not aware of there being an Edge HubSpot Sales extension.

In any case, what exactly fails? What happens after logging in?

Just to confirm, are you using Microsoft Edge as your web browser or a different one? Bing is a search engine, so I want to ensure we’re troubleshooting the correct setup.
