Email notifications

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to configure every setting possible in Hubpsot but I cannot seem to get notifications about email opens or email replies. The email replies are ending up in the contacts activity but I am not getting notifications about them.

I am also not getting any information at all regarding email opens. I use to but since I have changed my email it doesn't seem to work. please help!

1. Which type of emails are these? Sales or Marketing?
2. How do you send these emails? Via your personal email? Via HubSpot?
3. How would you like to get these notifications? Via an email? On the HubSpot contact record timeline?

Hi @ESheahan happy to help. I see @BérangèreL already provided some great resources that would guide you to set up your email notifications. Did you also install the Sales extension correctly and is it turned on?
