Precondition check failed error when trying to connect email

Hi there,

I had my work email connected and everything worked well. Then I tried to connect my calendar and had to do that using a different email (personal gmail). At that point, I could not connect my work email anymore.

I tried to delete all emails and connections to try new again with the work email but I keep receiving a "Precondition check failed" error (see below).

Any ideas? Thanks

We usually see this error when there is an email provider mismatch – could you check whether your email is, in fact, hosted with Gmail? You can check your email provider by going to Mxtoolbox.com and entering your domain name or your email address in the search box.

If your provider is neither Gmail or Office, please connect your inbox via IMAP, as described in this help article.

I am getting the same error when I try to reconnect a business email. I checked on the tool you mentioned and confirmed that the emaill is hosted with Google. What should I do?

I am getting this error too, but when I check on the tool you mentioned it says my email is with Google. What can I do?
