After settings these up, you would have an overview of all incoming messages and you could also &lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/conversations/create-contacts-in-your-conversations-inbox" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;create contacts right in your conversations inbox from these messages&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, with the &lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email-tracking/get-started-with-the-hubspot-sales-chrome-extension" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;HubSpot Sales extension in Chrome&lt;/A&gt;, emails would be logged to the CRM automatically once you reply to an email.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get inbound mails from our customers (we use Gmail). If I answer I can create deals, contacts etc from Gmail extension which is handt. However, quite often it would be easier to receive the mail directly to Hubspot and answer from there (e.g. quotes, documents, snippets).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can always forward an email to my Hubspot fwd address but answering forwarded mail has this cumbersome &amp;lt;fwd: ...&amp;gt; header added in mail. (I also need to manually fwd the mail which is meh in 2022...)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For me the best case would be that extesion would automagically capture mails from our customer companies (e.g. allowlist by company domains) and the just make a task.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is that possible yet?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
