Email - when someone opens your emails

Ok I have downloaded the extension and if I open a contact and check I can see that they have opened my email.

PROBLEM: I do not know exactly when they open it I only see they opened it depending on when I set the task for.

AANSWER

I want to be notified by email as soon as someone opens an email

I have checked with "CHAT" and they are unable to help me but I am hoping that someone else might help if this is even possible.

Hi @MA , I don't think it's possible to get an email notification when someone opens your 1:1 email but you can get a desktop pop up notification by navigating to Settings > Notifications > Desktop

Then ensure the Browser option is toggled on. Hope this helps!
