Emails suddenly stopped being tracked

My emails have stopped tracking and logging to our deals section.

I use gmail, installed the integration / extension. The hubspot icon is on in gmail and the light is green.

Both the log and track boxes are checked in email.

After every email a pop up comes up saying:

"Your email was sent without tracking

HubSpot was unable to add tracking to your email. Please check to make sure you're connected to the internet and logged into HubSpot."

I just tried removing and re-adding the extension. I tried re-synching, etc. No Luck.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @AKane7,

Have you recently installed other extensions? There are some which are known to conflict with HubSpot.

HubSpot has compiled some steps for troubleshooting tracking issues here. I'd recommend going through these one by one and checking if the issue persists.

@karstenkoehler , wondering if you could lend me a hand. My email tracking stopped working a few days ago. I'm using the Google Chrome plugin. I don't have any other Chrome plugins installed other than Grammarly. HubSpot is still tracking my old emails. But when I check the tracking box when I'm composing a new email it's not tracking. I also tried uninstalling and re-installing the plugin.
