HubSpot Sales Ext on Google Chrome

I have been noticing an anomaly with the HubSpot sales ext for the past month or so. My opening pages on the Chrome browser include HubSpot CRM. My extensions include HubSpot Sales. Each morning I need to log into both the CRM and the sales ext.

Many days the ext does not hold the login. As this ext is particular to chrome and incognito mode is not used, there is little room for testing.

I can go into the chrome settings, extensions. When HubSpot Sales Ext is turned off and then turned on the extension shows as on. *Please note, the CRM is already logged in when this happens*

Please note, this is currently a FREE account and I have yet to exhaust my 200 notifications in a month.

My questions -

- Is anyone else experiencing this?

- what conflict is occurring in chrome to cause this?

- any magical fixes?

Hi @gelflex-cc,

As a starting suggestion:

1) Navigate to [chrome://extensions|chrome://extensions/] in the URL bar

2) Make sure Developer mode is enabled in the top righthand corner

3) Click Update to update your extensions in the top left hand corner

4) When the update is finished, verify that you are now using HS Sales version 2.8.89

I did something wrong as the link did not work. Not sure where to go to developer mode..
