Where can I view HubSpot Sales notifications?

Hey all, appreciate your help! I just started using the CRM and I think I integrated it with my Gmail account. I've sent a few test emails and after I open them, and I refresh Hubspot, that "open" is noted in the Contact listing I sent it to.

Besides refreshing every contact one by one, is there any way I can know when an email has been opened? Can I receive an email notifications?

Hey @cowgirly have you used viewed either you HubSpot Sales Chrome plugin or CRM Activity Stream to view and manage open/view/click notifications on tracked HubSpot emails?

User notifications in the CRM are used to alert you when various actions occur. Here we'll cover each of the three notification types, and walk through how to enable/disable any of these features.

Hey there, thanks for your help - so, I don't use Chrome. If I did, would the plugin alert me when a Hubspot email is opened?

You mentioned the "CRM Activity Stream" - is that the stream displayed on my Dashboard, named "Recent Activity"? If so, it only shows my outgoing emails but not any email opened notifications. If that's not the thing you were referring to, please elaborate.

And the article you linked to doesn't mention anything about how to be alerted when a contact opens an email you sent them through Hubspot. Am I missing something there?

Basically, I just want to know when a contact opens my email. Without going into each individual contact to check. Is there a way to get this info? Thank you!

I found the Activity Stream, it's in Sales Tools > Notifications. Thanks!
