Last email open date not updating

Hello

On my Contacts page, one of the columns I have is "Last email open date"

Although I see notifications pop up on my desk top, and show in the contact information,

the column on my main contacts page shows nothing, no date or anything

Could you light the way for me to get this working, oh knowlegable ones

Hi @Philj thanks for your post. The "Last email open date" property is specific to Marketing Emails. If you're sending sales emails that have been opened, this won't reflect an update. Does this help clarify what you're expereincing?
