Chrome Extension not working

I have switched users on my account and now the Chrome extension is not working. I have cleared cache, removed the app, removed the privs from app settings in Google and have reinstalled multiple times.

Unfortunately, the issue still remains, I get a gray box when I click on the extension icon and the extension does not load within Gmail (using G Suite) so none of the features are available.

I am having the same issue as well, hubspot sales extension is appearing as an extension on the toolbar, but blank as in screenshot above, and no buttons or hubspot settings/icon within Gmail.

I have not changed any settings, apart from uninstalling and re-installing multiple times... previous to the last week or so, I had been using it fine for a few years!

Okay...so it's not me. I uninstalled and re-installed the extension. Still doesn't work.

Send + Archive won't work when replying to an email. I have to manually click Archive. It worked up until a few days ago.

Hi @markstruczewski @surman @sarah-gmg @Kuruganti can you confirm which version of google chrome you're using? If you're not already using the most up-to-date version of the browser, please update and re-install. If that doesn't resovle the issue, please come back and let us know!

I am using Version 60.0.3112.101 (Official Build) (64-bit).

My hubspot email tracking is just not working at all!! It hasn't been working for nearly 2 months. Just got the time to do something about this.

Okay. When I checked what version of Chrome I was on - despite having automatic updates turned on - it updated to Version 60.0.3112.113 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Same issue here

My gmail said "Your inbox is not connected to your HubSpot account. Some tools won't be available.".

But when logging in, get this error "You can't access this portal. You're not authorized to log in to this portal right now. Please contact support for more information."

I removed the Chrome extension, deactivated my Google acct from Hubspot, removed the app access from within Google and then went through the setup process again.

Unfortunately, not only does the issue still exist but now I have the following showing within Hubspot.

Clicking on "reconnect inbox" does not help resolve the status shown, either.

The reconnect inbox never worked for me.

So is Hubspot going to fix this? I realize this is a free tool.. But why offer it at all if it doesn't do anything...?

Hi @Kuruganti thanks for the update. I am going to look into this on my end, and I'll get back to you once I have some more information.

In the meantime, would you be able to check and see if there are any console errors? If you could post screenshots and share a HAR file (you can send via Private Message to me) then I can take this to the product team for further investigation.

Any updates please? I saw that the extension was updated in Chrome Web Store today - just updated and nothing's changed - still nothing appearing in Gmail for hubspot at all, and the extension icon in chrome is blank on click/does not give notifications.

I see from comments and reviews on the extension itself, others are still having this problem... I know I use the free version, however, this isn't exactly selling me hubspot CRM!

I did send a PM, with the error logs/files as in the last comment, in the hope it may help.

I "forced" Chrome to update, though it said it was updated and the extension is working again.

I took the following steps:

Manually updated Chrome
Removed the HubSpot extension
Unlinked HubSpot from Google
Refreshed Chrome's history/cache
Restarted Chrome
Logged into HubSpot
Linked HubSpot + Google
Installed the extension
Refreshed Gmail

I am having the same problem as the original poster in this thread. I attempted the solution that was "accepted" and it did not work. Does the Hubspot team have any other ways to resolve this issue?
