Yes, you can create a lead status for Hot Lead. But if you determine your lead as a hot lead based on some criteria(ex. lead responds/opens/clicks our email/SMS/website, something like that), then we can filter them using the relevant property. Could you let me know when you called your lead as a Hot lead?

Hi everyone! We recently introduced Prospecting to our team and now I`m working on a reporting dashboard to track the lead management process.

One thing I can`t wrap my head around is how to track response time specifically for Hot leads, not all of them. Looks like the default report on response time is based on Contact properties, and I can`t filter contacts by their lead label.

A bit of context: we also have Cold and Warm leads in the pipeline and the process of handling them is different, so I don`t want it to be mixed up with Hot Leads response rate.

Do I need to create a contact property where the lead status is mentioned?

Hi @OleksandraK1,

Using the custom report builder, include Leads as one of the objects for reporting. From here you can use the Lead Label to filter the report to only include hot leads. The rest of the report should be similar to what you've already got.
