Workflow - Can I assign a task to the associated Contact's secondary owner?

I am using Workflow to identify Contacts that should be followed up with by the Contact's Secondary Owner.

I am attempting to create the Task using Workflow, but I do not see Secondary Owner as a dynamic option to assign the Task to.

Is it possible to do this?

Hi @RPeck,

Yes, this is possible – in the 'Create task' workflow action, scroll down to the very bottom of the sidebar. You should see 'Assign Task to', select 'An existing owner of the company'.

This screenshot is from a contact workflow but the principle is the same:

Once selected, you can specify under 'Which company owner' which property you want to use.

If you secondary company owner doesn't show up here, could you double check whether's it's a user type property? If it isn't, you would have to recreate the field as a user type property.
