Navigation with multiple saved views

I find it rather annoying to navigate through multiple saved views. As an admin and controller I have at least 15 saved views and navigating through them is pure pain.
How about the introduction of a simple horizontal scroll bar or some arrows to navigate quickly from left to right and vice versa.
