Hello,

Our company using Zoominfo adn Wiza to import contacts from LinkedIn to HubSpot for prospecting purpose. However, the process causes a lot of data quality issues such as duplicates, wrong formating,

What are the best practices when it comes to this? Any advice on the setup or process to avoid manual work in cleaning the imported data.

In order to ensure data quality and maintain it when importing contacts, do this regularly,

1. First, set up rules in HubSpot to ensure correct formatting.

2. As you mentioned duplicates, what you can do is, use the HubSpot's deduplication tool to merge duplicates.

3. Keep formats consistent (e.g., phone numbers, job titles).

4. Create workflows to flag incomplete data.

I think cleaning the list regularly and training your team on data quality will make a huge difference.
