Presentation available for sales automation and best practices?

Does anyone have a presentation with HubSpot sales best practices?

I'm eager to integrate more best practices but am still in the process of deciding what to incorporate.

In our process, we've noticed that most setups with HubSpot don't effectively notify or remind sales representatives about necessary next steps. As a result, many times, leads that urgently need attention end up slipping through the cracks of our sales pipeline.

@JvanSchaick, You can try using zapier to zap your hubspot to any of your social media pages that you frequent a lot, could be your text messages. That way you get to see your hubspot faster through those integtrations.
