Workflow to Auto Populate Timestamps into Deal Properties

I want to understand is there a way I can auto-populate timestamps in the workflows that I have created? I have creted 2 different workflows to auto populate Lead Creation Time and First Time Contact properties to calculate a third property called Lead Response time, but I can find a way to autopopulate timestapms, it is just date specific.

Hi @AditiSood22,

You can do this by simply using the 'Set property value' workflow action. When using this action, you can specify that the date property should be set to the date of the step ( = the current date).

For any additional calculations you need to perform on this stamped date, I'd recommend looking at calculation properties: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/create-calculation-properties

Keep in mind that when you turn on the workflow, all records that you enroll on that day (e.g. all existing records) will get the current date, not the hypothetical date they would have enrolled on in the past.

I have already set the property value as Date of Step, my concern is not the date, but timestamps, is there a way to include time as well?
