Live chat - we aren't receiving notifications anymore

Hi all,

we always received a notification from a new unassigned chat conversation. We received an email, a notification in the notification screen (when you click on the bell in the top right screen) and a sound. Letting us know that there's a chat conversation started.

But know all of a sudden we don't get the notifications.

All the right boxes are checked in the notifications settings. We don't know what to do anymore. I hope you can help!

If you're not receiving notifications for unassigned chat conversations despite having all the right settings enabled, consider checking if there are any issues with your email provider or network settings that might be blocking these notifications.

It's also a good idea to verify that you haven't accidentally added any filters that could be affecting the delivery of these notifications.

Hi @KRoos , If all the settings are enabled, try clearing your your browser cache and cookies to remove any potential conflicts. Sometimes this helps. Also ensure your browser is up to date.
