Creating lists - to exclude ( Customers)

I have created a list of all customer Accounts. When creating new lists, I need to ensure that none of the contacts I add are customers ( contacts associated with the Customer account lists)

Can this be done? Or do I need to create also a list of customer contacts ( based on the customer account list) ?

Hi @COGorman,

This feature is in development – I have talked to product managers who have demoed this to me. However, as of now, no, that's not possible.

You would have to make sure that you exclude contacts from your customer list in new lists that you're creating, either by filtering for the criteria directly or by saying that contacts should not be a member of that original customer list.
