Awesome thank you! I will give this a try and report back if I have any questions. We are working with marketing hub professional and Sales hub professional currently.

Basically we have a canada side of our buisness and an american side. I just wanted a way to ensure that each side of the buisness recieves their own sequences and details tailoed to where they have registered from.

Hello! I have been doing some research and have been having a hard time finding a solution to our problem. We currently are a buisness that has 2 locations, these two locations will not share contacts.

On our website we have two different forms based on where the person visits us. I want to be able to have different sequences for each of these two forms. There will be no crossover between these two as they are in much different locations.

What would be the best way to set this up without using buisness units and making changes to our subscription?

Hello Porter.
I guess I got it right. I have a few questions pertaining to the issues you said you were facing. But before that.
You don't have to make changes to your subscription. What you just need is a way to track the leads that comes in from each form, and that can be done by segmentation of the contacts. You can have a field that is for the first form and another for the second form.

That will make you know what the form that is converting more.
To my question, I assume that those forms are embedded and pop up form. Why is there two forms in the first place, and Is it necessary?

I hope I have been able to answer your question, if not, you can always message me.

Hi @portertjp,

Which subscription level are you working with? It looks like you're on a Starter subscription.

In its most basic form, I'd do the following:

Create a dropdown contact property with values for location 1 and location 2.

For forms for location 1, add a hidden field to pass the value for location 1, and similar for location 2: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/pass-contact-property-values-with-hidden-form-fields

Create lists and filtered views based on these two properties - then share these with the teams that run the sequences

This enables you to do more helpful things, depending on whether you have workflows at your disposal:

Create workflows that enroll contacts based on the custom property and assign contact ownership - which can determine which users or teams can see contacts. This can be used to make sure that the team for location 1 only sees location 1 contacts.

Use the custom property in imports to directly 'assign' contacts to a location.

Filter for contacts who have submitted forms corresponding to a specific location, then bulk edit these existing contacts to backfill the custom property: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/bulk-edit-records

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
