Hi,

I have a question regarding a workflow.

I have a field: "Renewal Date" for a future date. I want to send an email notification 60 days before the "Renewal Date", will it work to send it one time only? for example, it will send 60 days before the renewal, but not 59 days before, and not 58 and so on.. just 60 days before exactly. Will these conditions work?:

Thanks!

Hi @OBetzalel,

No, if a contact enters your CRM with a renewal date 50 days out, they would still enroll as they would still meet the enrollment criteria.

You would have to specify, e.g. "Renewal date is less than 60 days from now AND Renewal date is more than 59 days from now".

Best regards

(59 days left)?

Thanks!!

@OBetzalel the email would only be sent once - not multiple times. Unless you enable re-enrollment and the date changes to another value that happens to fall within the date range again.

So a company who moves into the date range (from 61 to 60) would enroll, yes, but wouldn't re-enroll again tomorrow (59).

With your solution with re-enrollement it will work.

Thank you very much my friend!!

@OBetzalel re-enrollment does not mean that it's a daily scheduled workflow. Even with re-enrollment enabled (for "Renewal date is known"), a contact would only enroll once - unless the value in the "Renewal date" field changes and only if all of the enrollment criteria still hold true.
