&lt;P&gt;if you are creating automatically tickets&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;you can assing in the same process the owner of the ticket&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;this way it will be assign.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If its created from a form in the inbox&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;you can assign the owner there&lt;/P&gt;
