Best way to work in multiple teams?

Hi,

I recently started a PA business and have two clients. One of the tasks they would like me to focus on is contacting leads by email to try to convert into sales, as well as sending out marketing emails to their regular customers (using my business email address, not theirs).

They each have hubspot free accounts, and all of their contacts have been imported into the CRM function.

I'm just wondering what's the best way to go about emailing their contacts as myself, can I be a user in multiple teams?

It's important that their contacts are their own, and they need to be able to track conversations/activity on the days I'm not working for them. Their contacts need to be separate from each other. That's why I can't add them onto my team and have my account as the primary account.

Help!

A user can be a member of multiple HubSpot portals - and switch easily between them 🙂 https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/manage-multiple-hubspot-accounts

This should make it easy for you to swtich between client 1 and 2.
