&lt;P&gt;I've found one of the biggest struggles with a new CRM or migrating to a new CRM is adoption and one of the best ways to overcome that is to not only have buy-in from the executive level down, but to find a champion within the sales team - someone who is tech savvy, highly competitive, and has a growth mindset that is excited about the change. When you can do that, they lead by example from within and given the nature of sales being inherently competitive, the rest usually jump on board pretty quickly.&lt;/P&gt;

I have found that larger sales teams and management arms respond well to hosted competition (with the client's permission) to get adoption in HubSpot. This also goes hand in hand with getting users in the tool, commenting on what works and what does not, and brings up process pitfalls you can work out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

Anytime I see sales leaders come in and essentially mandate CRM usage, i.e. "If it's not in HubSpot it didn't happen", adoption increases because it becomes a job requirement. Sales leaders must be bought in and make their team's use of the CRM mandatory. When highlighting power, users it gives the team insights into how they should be using the CRM. To your point, it can also generate healthy competition, i.e. "Hey, I work hard and I want to be recognized... all right... how do I use this thing?"&lt;/P&gt;</description>
