Creating a list of new contacts that come in thru a specific form

Hey everyone!

I'm looking to create an active list that pulls new contacts that are created from a specific form. I can't seem to figure it out. Eventually I'd love to have a list of new contacts that have come in for each of the different forms we use. Thanks for your help!

Hi @ParkerO,

When you create a list (https://knowledge.hubspot.com/lists/create-active-or-static-lists), first click "Add filters" in the left sidebar, then look for "Form submissions" in the sidebar that pops up to the right of it. (Most users click on "Contact properties" instinctively but form submissions are below that, further down.)

Once you click "Form submissions", you can select your form and save the list.

Thanks! Yes that will pull all form submissions, but I'd love to just pull contacts that are new if that's possible? If we have a resource that people are opting in for I'd love to just have people that are new to the system

@ParkerO in that case you would filter for the contact property "First conversion" and insert the form name in the filter 🙂
