If the number of emails exceeds 'email send limits' for sequence, are remaining emails rescheduled?

Also I wanted to ask if we send emails though the sequence close to the limit, can it influence somehow the deliverability?

Hey @val_spot_on

Contacts can only enroll in one sequence at a time.
If a user exceeds their daily send limit, the contact will not enroll in the sequence. The contact will instead skip the action.

Hey @val_spot_on it's a tricky question. Sequence emails come from your actual mailbox, not a HubSpot server. Deliverability is domain based and not based on a specific email.

For example, if I sent 200k emails from "tom@tom.com" that all say "You've won a million euro!" I will destroy the deliverability on any email sent from "@tom.com" because most of those emails would be marked as spam.

However, if I somehow have the most engaged email list in the world and send an appropriate email to 200k people, all of whom enage in it, my domains deliverability goes up.

So *technically* speaking, sending close to your limit won't affect your deliverability, however, do you need to send that many sequences? If you're sending sequences out for the sake of it or to contacts who are not interested then that definitely will have an affect on your deliverability.

In general, if you're concerned about your email deliverability, focus very much on quality leads and enagements and don't think about quantity at all. 5 hyper engaged leads is way better than spamming 5000 people.
