I've an issue regarding mysteriously vanish from my CRM without any trace or explanation. I've noticed that certain entries inexplicably disappear from the fastgas system, leaving me baffled and frustrated. I've checked all filters and settings to ensure there are no accidental deletions or hidden filters at play. This issue not only disrupts my workflow but also raises concerns about data integrity and reliability within the platform.

Hi @ZakaiLouie,

Are you a super admin in your portal or is there a chance you might not have full access permissions? Are there other users in your portal who might be deleting or merging records?

If both is ruled out, do you have integrations installed which could be deleting or merging records?
