HubSpot making me log in every time I open a new tab

I use HubSpot in Chrome and allow cookies. For the past few weeks, ever time I open HubSpot in a new tab, it makes me long in. I'm clicking the "remember me" box, but it doesn't matter. This is resulting in me logging in multiple times every day, and it's very frustrating for my flow of work. Does anyone know why this might be happening or have a solution?

Do you have any privacy-related Chrome extensions running? Have you checked your cookies / cache settings?

I don't have any privacy-related extensions running, and as far as I know I haven't adjusted my cookie / cache settings beyond the defaults of Chrome. Are there any particular settings you suggest I look for?

Can I confirm that your third party cookies are enabled in your Chrome browser? Are you getting any error messages?

When this feature is not working, is it on the HubSpot Sales extension? Or just on the HubSpot login page?

Is the 2FA in place? How often does the 2FA is being prompted?

After which actions do you usually get the 2FA? Or were you on a different browser? Are other users experiencing this as well? Since when do you have this issue, please?

This is not the HubSpot sales extension, just the HubSpot login page. When I used to go to hubspot.com, if I had logged in recently (within a few days), it would bring me directly to the portal. Now, it takes me to the HubSpot homepage instead. I click login at the top and am brought to the login screen in the attached image (I blocked out my email address, but usually it's displayed there).

In many cases, I'm actively logged in and using HubSpot in another tab, so I find it odd that it makes me log in again when I visit hubspot.com in a new tab (same browser). It won't make me log in again if I right click something in the portal I'm logged into and click "open in new tab" though.

It only asks for 2FA if I've cleared cookies. Otherwise, it just needs my username and password. Another user on my team is also experiencing this issue. I can't recall the exact date it started, but it's been at least a few weeks.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience regarding this.

I would like to apologize for the frustration, data issues, and business impact this has caused.

For information, generally the length of a session once logged in lasts 24 hours, after which we'd expect a new login to be requested.
Unless cookies were cleared in between, then the session would reset and a new login should be requested the next time the user tries to login.

So one possibility, depending on how far apart these logins happen, is that there are either long gaps between logins or cookies are cleared (manually or automatically) or don't persist between login attempts.

Did you clear any cookies or outright blocked in your browser settings which may cause your session to not persist when you expect it to?

Do you login via SSO? If yes, are there any other users in your portal observing the same behavior when using SSO to login or are there users that do not run into the same issues on your machine?

SSO providers have their own settings for session length and I believe SSO sessions do not adhere to that 24-hour window but to those provider settings instead.

Do you have a SSO provider setting in place set up on your end? If yes, for how long should it keep sessions active?

I'm not clearing or blocking cookies, it's not 24 hours since the last login, and I'm not using SSO.
