Hey Karsten, really appreciate your responce. By checking meeting link I can see 'Conversion Rate' metric e.g. 8.2% but when I try to create a custom report (HubSpot Professional) I see no deals assosiated with the booking page. Here're my filters:

Hello @val_spot_on!

You can do it with several properties. I think the best way to do it with is use separate links and track with workflows that who submitted what. If you didn't, you can stil find the link with these properties:

Hi @val_spot_on,

The clean way to do this would be with a customer journey analysis: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-a-journey-report

You could set up the report like shown below:

If customer journey analytics are not an option, you can also build a custom report that pulls in deals as a primary source and contacts as a secondary source - and filter the report by the contact property "Recent conversion has ever contained exactly [your meeting link]". (To find out the name exactly, it's best to look up what value came through in the Recent conversion field for a contact you know booked a meeting.)

That way, you'd be filtering your deals in the report to only show records that are associated to contacts who have ever submitted that meeting link.

Best regards!

Hey @val_spot_on

you can either build a custom reports cross object (contact and deals)

and put deals that have contacts with Meeting type know.

If you ever think upgrading into Enterprise

this an easy attribution report to see how your deals closed won are being generated.

Hope this helps
