Processing/Shipping Orders

We are new to HubSpot and needing some direction on ecommerce and phone orders.

The process in our old CRM:

Website (woocommerce), order placed/paid, imported into CRM, packing slip printed, order fulfilled, shipping label printed, order sent out.

Phone: Call received, order entered into CRM, payment processed through CRM, packing slip printed, order fulfilled, shipping label printed, order sent out.

We also currently use QuickBooks Online for accounting and inventory. We planning to connect WooCommerce, QBO and HubSpot.

Looking for suggestions on the cleanest process to enter orders, from both woo and manual orders, so they are in HubSpot as well as in QBO and to have a packing slip for order fulfillment. Would also prefer shipping label printing be automated as well.

I will divide your questions to review each one individually.

Enter orders, from both woo and manual orders, so they are in HubSpot as well as in QB

You can have an integration with WooCommerce, which syncs your webshop orders to the deals section in HubSpot.
Manually enter phone orders into HubSpot's CRM. You can create deals to capture all the necessary details.
Use the QuickBooks Online integration with HubSpot to create invoices directly from the deal record in HubSpot, view invoice information, and see payment events on the deal timeline.

To have packing slips for order fulfillment, would also prefer shipping label printing be automated as well.

Currently, there isn't a native functionality in HubSpot that would allow you to create ready-to-print labels, but I would recommend having a look at this post in our Ideas Forum which includes possible workarounds and integration. I would also like to encourage you to participate in the idea thread by upvoting and commenting on the post to bring it to our Product team's attention and provide more context.

Nice to meet you! I have a solution for the packing slip section of your question

We have an document automation app for HubSpot called Portant. It can be used to create packing slips. I made a short 60s video about it here:

Your Packing Slip can be automated when a deal reaches a certain stage or you can trigger Portant to run within a HubSpot Workflow, (so it can be triggered by any event that can trigger a HubSpot workflow).

Welcome to Hubspot! 🙂

You may find that it makes the most sense to connect WooCommerce directly with QuickBooks Online (although there may also be a benefit in connecting it to Hubspot).

MyWorks supports syncing WooCommerce directly with QuickBooks Online, so all your WooCommerce customers, orders and payments can be perfectly recorded in QuickBooks with quite a bit of control over the level of detail. Additionally, it can sync inventory, products and pricing between WooCommerce and QuickBooks to help you keep those level up to date.

Hi @DRStowe - I'd recommend using Shippy by Dijy to create and download shipping labels! We cannot automate it quite yet, but is something we're working on.
