Hi dear All,

I'm wondering if it is possible to change the transaction name once created ? (I underlined it in yellow colour on my screenshot - see hereunder)

Or is it possible to add a commercial propriety before it ?

In fact, why this question? Because One of my colleague requested me to check if possible or not to mention the name of our machine (ex : P328) just before the name of the transaction "DEVIS FR-V278771".

How to proceed please ?

Hey @MROMBA

you can always edit the name as Karsten showed you.

If you want to have more advanced names you can always use an automation with any deal's property to be displayed in the name.

I guess I didn't explain it correctly and I beg your pardon for this.

In fact, I should have added that I created a proprety (PRODUCT FAMILIY) that I want to see in the very first place before the name "DEVIS FR-V278771".

==> MY WISH how I want to see my deal :

1/ FAMILY PRODUCT (proprety I created)

2/ NAME OF THE DEAL (HUBSPOT proprety)

3/ ....

4/....

Is it possible ?

Or is there any other possibility ?

@MROMBA it's not possible to change the user interface, so not directly, no.

If you have workflows at your disposal, you could set up a deal-based workflow that enrolls deals when PRODUCT FAMILY is known, then uses the "Set property value" workflow action to set the Deal name property to the value "[personalization token for PRODUCT FAMILY] [personaliztion token for Deal name]". By doing that, you're prepending your product family.

Give it a try and feel free to share a screenshot. If you need more detail, let me know and I'll elaborate.
