Email replies to a sequence - workflow triggered

Hi All,

Does anyone know if its possible to trigger a workflow process when someones replied to a sequence. The workflow I'd like to trigger is adding them to an 'active list'. E.g. If someone replies to this sequence then they are added to an active list "Sequence replies".

Hi @JGrek,

There are two ways you could approach this.

One would be contact properties which you can leverage for an approximation:

Last sequence ended date: the date that the contact was last unenrolled from a sequence.
Recent sales email replied date: the date of the last time that the contact replied to a sales email sent from your connected G Suite or Outlook 365 email account.

You could either filter for both being known or try filtering for the ended date to be before after the replied date and then checking whether the results look like you would expect them to.

Alternatively, HubSpot workflows let you use the "When an event occurs" workflow trigger. Find sequences in there and you could specify enrollment like shown below:

This 'd work. (This might be an enterprie feature, not sure - we have Ent.)
