Hi,

We have issue that we configured the domain tracker for email clicks & landing page. The record we set are:

click.example.com (Marketing email (web version)) & lp.example.com (Landing Page).

The Host + Required Data was generated for us to set in the DNS Settings in our domain provider.

The Host has a different name, but the issue is that the Required Data value has the same value on both records. And it prevents from us to insert those CNAME records in the DNS Settings.

What can we do to solve this?

Thanks!

You should contact your domain provider's support so they can make sure there's no funny business with that CNAME record. Multiple subdomain names pointing to the same host are common practice and should not be an issue. I suspect there's something else going on. It could be product design, not a technical reason.

Edit: btw you forgot to blur out your domain name in the blue box of the screenshot
