How do I create a sales strategy in Hubspot

How do i create a sales strategy in HubSpot? Some might call it a playbook. A Sales strategy for me includes the message that we are trying to drive at the account. The people that we need to get to in the account. If a decision is taken today how will these people vote on our proposal?

I know I can keep this in a separate document that is uploaded, but that is not what I am looking for.

@DPickrell Are you looking to create a personalised document with the bespoke sales strategy for that opportunity? A document with standard elements and bespoke parts which can be edited over time?
