Distances in estimated travel time between meetings on Records

Hi everyone's brains...

Anyone seen anything decent that you can do for when a call centre hubspot user is planning a group of different Field Sales Consultant's meetings at the same time - e.g. planning someone going from one house to another that calculates miles too. I've had a play with the prospecting tool, as well as pushing meeting info to a dashboard but it's not really the UI needed for someone to book a meeting - I was also looking at some of the obvious integrations on the marketplace, as well as some other third party things, but anyone tried doing it with a maps API in conjunction with calculated properties. Just interested in anyone's experiences with this kind of stuff. Thanks as always all crew.

It sounds like you're exploring various options for coordinating and planning field sales consultant meetings in a call center using HubSpot. Hey @aparley

I think you can use a standard amount of time, lets say 45 minutes, and set it as buffer time in the meetings link.

Another option, manual, is that the sales rep add to their calendar a event/space to block the agenda for the amount of time of the estimated travelling time. This way the agenda will be blocked and its no possible to book a meeting in that slot.
