Workflow - Duplicate Deal and transfer Products

Hi,

I can't find an option to "transfer" a Product assosiated with a Deal to my duplicate

To elaborate, I am creating a workflow that, when a deal reaches a certain phase in Pipeline 1, it creates deal in Pipeline 2 with all its properties copied.
There is the option to add a product line at the end, but I just want to copy the previous one.

Does anyone have a tip for this ?

Hi @AxelD ,

There is currently no functionality to copy line items from one deal to another and I am not aware of any "tricks" to do so without using code or a third party integraiton.

There are tools in the HubSpot Ecosystem that will duplicate deals, such as Deal Duplicator. or automate line items, like LinePilot. I'd suggest looking for solutions there, or if you have access to development resources, perhaps you can use a custom coded workflow action if you have OperationsHub Professional or higher.

I hope this at least helps get you going in the right direction!

If you use n8n, I've created a free workflow that you can duplicate to Replicate Line Items on New Deal in HubSpot.
It should take roughly 10 min to set up 😉

Hi Bérangère ! I did it with n8n and HubSpot API as it's not possible through the HubSpot Workflow UI.

I've documented everything on the n8n workflow that ways, it's easy for everyone to understand.
