Hey everyone! I am new to this community, so please let me know if there is a better channel to ask this question. I am wondering if anyone knows how to create a custom quote within HubSpot?

Hey Karsten,

Thank you for the quick reply! Yes, I am looking to add a cover letter that would preceed the quote itself. Looking over the info in the link you included I am wondering if I might need "super admin permissions". Right now, the "customize quote template" tab does not exist for me.

Hi @rschlosser,

Correct, as mentioned at the beginning of the article:

In Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise accounts, users with Super admin permissions can create customized quote templates that can then be used when creating quotes. With editable modules, you can modify the template’s design and content to match your business needs.

If you're not a super admin or ir you're not on a Professional or Enterprise subscription, you wouldn't see those options.

We have a custom quote app for HubSpot called Portant. You can use Google Docs and Slides to customise the formatting, content and appearance of the quote. So it's more customisable than the one you get with HubSpot and it works with all HubSpot subscription tiers.
