Hi @OBetzalel,

Regarding your first question: Meeting links don't recognize (at least not yet) where they're being access from. In other words, if two reps from different regions are available at a time, then there isn't any way to not show the available times of a rep from another region. If they're available, they're available.

One way to work around this is new feature where you first check the region in a form, than conditionally redirect to a meeting link: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/redirect-a-form-to-a-meeting-scheduling-page

Regarding your second question, yes, that's correct 🙂

Best regards!

Meeting Scheduler - Round Robin

Hi,

We created a round robin meeting scheduler. We have 2 reps from different countries.

One Rep is from Australia and the other is from Israel.

1. When we create the scheduler, under the "Schedule" tab, it asks for the time zone of my reps, to show the times to the website visitor the times I will be able to meet with him according to my country's time zone.

It causes issues for the reason that, if I am a website visitor from israel, and I want to see the times to schedule a meeting for the rep from Israel, it will show me the times of australia, and it's not right. If a visitor want to schedule a meeting for 9 AM in israel time (GMT+2), and I have a rep available in GMT+2, i want to show that website visitor that I have a rep free on 9 AM, but it shows the times of Australia If i set the "Your time zone":

2. It also asks for the working hours - The working hours are based on the times of what I set in the "Your time zone", right?:

Can we set different options for different sales rep? or we need to create multiple schedulers?

Thanks! 😀
