      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We use HubSpot Round Robin assignments and love it, but there is no way to filter out the spam leads without human intervention? Is there anyway to incorporate a workflow for when leads submit a form that are very obviously spam, that they don't get distributed on the Round Robin?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That functionality typically falls under HubSpot Sales Hub or HubSpot’s Workflows in combination with Sales tools.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're using Marketing Hub, you can use workflows to assign leads, but for true round-robin distribution among reps, you'll need either Sales Hub Professional or a third-party tool like LeadAngel. I personally use LeadAngel. It integrates well with HubSpot and helps in assigning leads in a clean, rule-based round-robin format.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can do this in a couple ways depending on your HubSpot tier:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) If you have Workflows (Pro/Enterprise): build a contact-based workflow with an enrollment trigger like “Contact owner is unknown” + any filters (source, lifecycle stage, etc.), then use the “Rotate record to owner” action to distribute evenly across reps. Add a task/notification after assignment so reps act fast.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) If you’re on Starter (no Workflows): you’ll need either a manual process (queue + SLA) or a lightweight routing tool.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Quick questions:&lt;BR /&gt;- Are you on Starter or do you have Workflows?&lt;BR /&gt;- Are you trying to assign Contact owner (most common) or Deal owner?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Full disclosure: I’m building a small HubSpot Starter routing tool called NextUp that does strict round-robin on new contact creation and only assigns when owner is empty (never overwrites). Happy to share details if Starter is your case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
