Help With Using Snippets in Notes

Can someone help me out? I'm hoping to figure out how I can set-up snippets in notes and have it populate information that's already in the system.

I currently have 8 big projects going on that I need to track what's going on. I've turned this template into a snippet, and added personalizations so it will automatically pull up the company name, point of contact/phone number(s)/and email. When I can get it to work I also want to pull up their pipeline deals that are associated with this project but it's not customizing anything when I put it into a new note. What am I doing wrong?

Just trying to not have to keep writing the same things over and over.

Hi @JWronski,

Which object are you adding the note to? If I'm not mistaken, tokens for objects where there might be multiple records to pick from (e.g. multiple deals) won't work. You can check by adding the note with snippet to a deal record. If the deal tokens populate in a note on a deal but not on a contact or company, then that's it. HubSpot can't choose which deal to pull from, even if there's just one.
