Meeting Scheduler based on the visitor's country

Hi,

We would like to implement the HubSpot meeting scheduler on our global website.

We have 2 users that we want to schedule meetings for them. This is the logic:

If the visitor's country is from United States -> Let the visitor schedule a meeting for user X (show his availability)

If the visitor's country is not from United States -> Let the visitor schedule a meeting for user Y (Show his availability).

Now we understand that we need to create 2 seperate schedulers? each user need to log in and create his dedicated scheduler if we can't log in as other users. But can we implement this on the website?

Hi @OBetzalel,

In Enterprise subscriptions, there is this feature which would solve this: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/redirect-a-form-to-a-meeting-scheduling-page

Without an Enterprise subscription, I'd recommend setting up a landing page which conditionally shows either the US version or the non-US version based on the IP country of the website visitor.

Do we need to tell our web developer to implement this kind of logic? or HubSpot can assist us with getting the IP address / Country of the visitor from your knowledge?

@OBetzalel which HubSpot subscriptions do you have? Is your website running on the HubSpot CMS?

@karstenkoehler Marketing Professional Hub, we have an external website that is created on the WordPress platform.

Any suggestion? or it will require a development probably or to install a plugin to WordPress?
