Using Hubspot Meetings with iCal

Looking for advice and best practices on using HubSpot for our initial discovery call calendar (round robin) and connecting that with a Google calendar and iCal.

And we will also create a secondary meeting that would connect just one to one, and that team member uses iCal. This team member only wants to manage availability inside of her own calendar and not across systems, as we also use Calendly.

Hey @TLeadology

HubSpot do not support a direct connection between your meetings link and your iCal at the moment but I found this resource online that may help you to connect your Google Calendar to your iCal.

It sounds like your team. member that uses iCal will need to connect their iCal to a google calendar and then use the google calendar to manage their availability.
