Taking advantage of the Inbox feature

Good morning,

I am asking for support to take advantage of Inbox features for lead generation.

I would like to understand what are the tips, best practices, and anything that can be used for generating new leads.

For example, is it possible to save a lead who prefers to write to the generic email address instead of filling out a form?
Is it possible to create follow-up workflows and for internal notifications?
