Is there away to CC a sales person on to a automated email in a workflow?

Do you mind me asking what is the purpose of CC'ing the sales person? Is that so in case the customer responds, it goes directly to the sales person?

If it's just so the sales person has a copy of it, you can always send the same email to the Deal owner.

The better I understand the end result, the better I'll be able to help. 🙂

I would add, how many contacts are enrolled in this workflow and how many emails is that workflow sending on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Always conscious about "spamming" internal folks with notification emails that will eventually just get ignored...

The end goal is keeping the sales person in the loop with what's going on with their customer.

Short answer is: no. Unfortunately it's not possible to copy recipients in an automated email. You can send the same email by repeating the action but the emails will be sent as separate threads.
