Form submissions not syncing over as a Task in Salesforce

We're running into instances where a prospect / lead will fill out a form and sucessfully create an Activity in Hubspot. We have the Salesforce integration set to automatically create a Task in Salesforce.

We're finding that some of these form submissions aren't syncing over to Salesforce as expected. There are no errors logged and the contacts synced across the systems as expected.

For this specific example, we have an email that sends out after a form is submitted. That record *does* sync over to Salesforce but the submission itself does not.

Hopefully someone can explain the anomaly.

Hi @JDid ,

I can assume that you have turned ON the form sync from HS to SFDC from the Integration setting. If it is so then the problem is in the sfdc, you need to check with the SFDC expert that they have set up some flows in the instnce for task creation on form fills.
