Using HubSpot for journalist and media relations management in a PR Agency

I have a client request from a PR Agency that would like to manage their journalist and media relationships through a CRM.

I'm looking for an experience share, if anyone has used HubSpot in this context.

As a CRM, HubSpot is well equipped to also handle this use case. I'm managing a few portals where public relations and press contacts are managed alongside potential customers and customers.

Subscription types can be used to manage preferences of the contacts and different PR channels.
Contact records can be maintained with the latest and relevant information about these contacts.
Segmentation, tasks and reminders can be used to keep relations warm and healthy.
Website forms are a good tool to manage incoming requests.
