Adjusting the left section of the deal record

Hello,

I adjusted the left area of the deal record. I made two extra conditional sections. My collegue can see both conditional sections when she chooses the right record, but both with the same sub-records. Although I made both sections with different conditional sub-records. Does anyone understand why this is possible/what I did wrong? See the two pictures. I see two different possibilities for manages services and product. My collegue sees the same sub-records for both (she sees the one that are under manages services also when she chooses product).

Just to confirm, when you mentioned that you "adjusted the left area of the deal record," did you make this change only for yourself or for the entire account?

If you adjusted the entire account, since each user can customize their view, to apply your changes for your colleagues, they will need to follow the process of opening a deal, viewing all properties, and selecting "reset to account defaults" this option is on the left side. If you made changes only for your view, then your colleagues will need to follow the same process you did to see the same layout.

Hi @LLampe ,

The query looks a bit unclear to me but I will try to answer assuming that you and your colleague sees different conditional sections.

Easy fix is try doing Reset to Default for all both of you once 👇🏻

Additionally, Try checking, if you have not used team view by any chance here and only using default view unless you have a use-case👇🏻
