Hi @RSaraiva,

Thanks for your question. Are you using different email addresses to log in or will you be using the same email to manage all 3 accounts?

In order to switch between portals (accounts), you must be using the same email address. If there's already an existing HubSpot portal for each company, you can easily send an invitation to join that HubSpot portal with the same address.

From there, you'll be able to see all 3 accounts in the dropdown when clicking on your profile and preferences.

Now, if you're looking to create a New HubSpot Portal (account) with your email address you'll want to do the following:
1. Log into your HubSpot Account https://app.hubspot.com/login/
2. Click on this link: https://app.hubspot.com/signup-hubspot/crm?step=existing_user
3. Choose 'Create Account with New User', then follow the next steps forward.

Here are two knowledge base articles that might provide more information to do this:
Manage multiple HubSpot accounts
Add HubSpot Users

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have additional questions.

Best,

Hi, I am an independent CRM Consultant working for 3 companies. Is it possible to have inside my account these 3 accounts? Each having its own leads and clients etc? I also need to do the CRM of my own company. Thank you!

Hi @RSaraiva,

Each company should have its own HubSpot account or alternatively if you have your own Enterprise account and business units, you could have the leads in one account with some separation.

Who ultimately owns the data? If the lead data is to be owned by the individual companies, I would go with 3 separate portals.

Technically you could do this in one portal without Enterprise, but it is not advised.

Hope this puts you on the right track!

Hi Sarah

I have a similar issue as described in this question. Please can you elabortate on how to do this: "If there's already an existing HubSpot portal for each company, you can easily send an invitation to join that HubSpot portal with the same address". I am trying to give access to our HubSpot org to a marketing agency that manages our website and he already has an account with another client and he is struggling with 2FA. Thanks

Hi @Josh ,

 Thanks for the answer!

How is the same possible with multiple accounts that are related to multiple email-addresses?

I manage my customer relations from my hubspot account with my business email-address as the base for login. My Customer requires that I'm a user in their hubspot account with an email-address that they provided me with (policy/compliance).

 I think that's quite a usual use-case.

As other SaaS providers solved it long ago, I hope HubSpot will solve this in no-time 🙂

Have a nice day,

 Géza

In that case you'll have to log in separately with the email address that they provided you. There is not a way to stay logged in to multiple portals when using multiple email addresses.

I don't believe there is an official "solution". It's just how it works, unfortunately.

The respective email address would have to be a user in both systems if you want to log in with one email address and access both HubSpot portals.

This is a significant workaround, but you could log into your own HubSpot account with your customer-provided email, but you would have to add that email as a user in your own account. In this case, the same user would exist across multiple accounts, allowing you to log in one time.
