I have 2 deal pipelines in Hubspot. A and B. I want to create a workflow that allows me to check if the account/company in pipeline A matches pipeline B - if so I want to overwrite the deal properties like deal stage etc for the company in pipeline B based on the deal properties of pipeline A. Is it possible? If so, how?

Hi @BilalAhmad,

This would require custom code actions in a workflow, available in Operations Hub Professional: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/workflows/custom-code-actions

Out of the box, workflows do not have any capabilities to compare records of the same type. This would require the help of a JavaScript or Python developer.

Best regards!

Oh, okay. Do you think it would be possible via zapier somehow?

Also, just to be sure, the company has 2 deals attached to it. One from pipeline A and one from pipeline B. It wouldn't be possible to overwrite the properties of deal in pipeline B based on the changes in pipeline A? Except for the custom code option
