How to create Workflow with Two Email Confirmations

Hi Everyone!

I am working on an email to be sent to our people to have them interact with a form my company created. We want to create a workflow that has two possible outcomes based upon the recipients selecting one of two options they will get one of two email confirmations after they form submissions. We have radio buttons on the form asking if they want a card or not. If they select yes, they will receive an email saying that they will get the card in the mail in a couple of days. If they select no, then they will get an email confirmation that they won't get a card.

Hi @IReynolds - An if/then branch is probably your best option. You can create an if/then branch in the workflow based on that form field and then add a different email depending on which message you want them to receive.

Thanks @MiaSrebrnjak Happy to help @IReynolds , as @CHawkins mentioned, you can achieve this with a Workflow configured like this:

Trigger = form submission (for your form)

If/then branch = based on your radio button property If=yes, Then=no

and then you can trigger the actions needed to process the request.

Hi there!

I like your short video it was very helpful! I followed it, but I cannot tell if was working or not. I tried to test it with the form and do not see the email confirmations sent to my email address.

Hi @IReynolds - It is a little hard to tell for certain what might need to be adjusted without seeing the workflow.

The email details should show who the email has been sent to.
